Fund Transfer – Contact the Accounting Team in the Acquisitions & Collections Services Department to request transfers of funds (one-time or permanent) within the Materials Budget.
During the process of purchasing library materials and resources, and if the original funds you intend to use are not sufficient, you may request one-time or permanent transfers* of funds within the materials budget lines that you manage.
*These transfers are limited to state funds only and do not include endowments or grants.
